Tobit 13:2

because he punishes and shows mercy. He brings people down to the underworld below the earth, and he himself raises people up from great destruction. What is there that escapes from his hand?
For thou scourgest, and thou savest: thou leadest down to hell, and bringest up again: and there is none that can escape thy hand.
He punishes us; then he shows us mercy. He sends us down to the world of the dead, then he brings us up from the grave. No one can escape his power.
For he afflicts and shows mercy, casts down to the depths of Hades, brings up from the great abyss. What is there that can snatch from his hand?
For he both punishes and forgives; he consigns people to the depths of Hades and brings them up from the great abyss. Nothing can escape his hand.
For he afflicts, and he shows mercy; he leads down to Hades in the lowest regions of the earth, and he brings up from the great abyss, and there is nothing that can escape his hand.
For he afflicts, and he shows mercy; he leads down to Hades in the lowest regions of the earth, and he brings up from the great abyss, and there is nothing that can escape his hand.

For he afflicts, and he shows mercy; he leads down to Hades, and brings up again, and there is no one who can escape his hand.
for thou beatest, and makest safe; thou leadest down to hells (or to the grave), and leadest (up) again; for none is that escapeth thine hand. [for thou scourgest, and savest; leadest to hells, and again-bringest; and there is not that escape thine hand.]
